Care Instructions 

• To get the wrinkles out the fabric storage basket, either stuff the fabric storage baskets with blankets and pillows for a few days and the baskets will take the shape or steam iron the exterior at low-heat setting.
• Wipe with wet cloth to clean.
• Spot clean with light soapy water when needed. Not recommended to machine wash as there are a metal frame and a hard-bottom support inside.

The record-breaking venue’s mesmerising web of interlocking steel beams earned the stadium its better-known nickname, the Bird’s Nest. Built for the 2008 Summer Olympics and used again for the 2022 Winter Olympics, the landmark stadium became a symbol of Beijing’s breathtakingly quick journey from ancient walled city to ultra-modern metropolis. The Bird’s Nest’s roof shape was inspired by yin and yang, the Chinese philosophy of balance and harmony, but we’re drawn to the yin and yang behind the words ‘bird’, representing masculinity, and ‘nest’, symbolising femininity and the carrier that contains all things – much like The Nest basket!

Important Things To Mention

• Our baskets are delivered in a folded state. The exterior of the baskets can be lightly steam ironed or ironed on low heat.
• There may be up to a 1cm margin of error between the listed basket dimension and actual product.
• Baskets may consist of a chemical scent due to the production process. If experienced, air out the product(s) for 2-3 days to remove the scent.
